Martin is AVTECH’s newest recruit and a dedicated Key Account Manager. With over six years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, he has led projects and multi-specialized teams focused on optimization and process improvements. Previously, Martin served as the Fuel Efficiency Manager at LATAM Airlines, where he achieved excellent results through data analysis, KPI management, and fostering a high-performance culture.
