the following management changes:
Jonas Saric, the former Chief Financial Officer and Business Unit Director, Aventus Nowcast, has left
his full time employment and current position within AVTECH. Jonas Saric will be part of a group of
part-time engaged consultants that is currently being eastablished within the Company.
Britt-Marie Lodenius, has entered into the position as the Chief Financial Officer ,and Christer Fehrling the CEO of AVTECH , will under his
responsibilities also handle the Business Unit Aventus NowCast.
