Nasdaq Stockholm Disciplinary Board imposes a penalty of 4 annual fees on AVTECH Sweden AB (publ) for deficiencies in the following of information disclosure rules

AVTECH Sweden AB (publ) (the "Company") has been informed of a decision from the Disciplinary Board of Nasdaq Stockholm that the Company is required to pay a penalty of 4  annual fees  a' SEK 100,000 for not having published information in accordance with the Regulations on two occasions.

The first occasion is the agreement with Norwegian on 11 December 2018 where a minor delay occurred and where the decision to postpone publication was not properly documented. The second occasion is the publication of the notice of the Annual General Meeting on 2 April 2020, where full information on the agenda was not properly included.

The Company has taken the necessary steps to improve procedures for handling inside information and information releases.
